A newly renovated kitchen / bar area & outdoor entertainment area created specifically for chef & architect owners. This project was completed in two phases

Phase 1 included the renovation of the kitchen and bar area of the house so as to open it up into the living space.The modern feel of this kitchen was created using concrete counter tops, with a cast concrete preparation island, so as to increase the working space.  White Duco-sprayed cupboards (installed by Timber City Randburg) in conjunction with wooden veneered cabinetry created a good contrast in materials. Screeded floors were used throughout.

An outdoor entertainment area that had a good connection with the indoor bar space was part of Phase 2 of this project. The main feature of this space is the turquoise handcrafted pizza oven. There is an off-shutter planter box & bench that frames the space creating a seated area that feels like it is part of the garden.
