What began as an original farmhouse but has been thoughtfully transformed into a commanding Manor House that bridges the gap between heritage and modern luxury.

Working directly with a developer who valued design-led outcomes that allowed us the creative freedom to push the boundaries of the site, ensuring the final residence "ticks every box" for the discerning homeowner.

The design is a masterclass in contextual architecture. Rather than imposing a structure on the land, the house is woven elegantly between mature, existing trees. This preserves the site's natural history and grants the home an immediate sense of established privacy, evoking the serene atmosphere of a secluded eco-estate retreat.
