Craighall Park

 

This renovation had its challenges that needed to be addressed. Firstly the front face of the house needed to be redesigned to enable the our client to navigate visitors to the front door located on the north elevation of the house. The west elevation/ garden view of the house was amazing but the house had little exposure to this. We opened the kitchen and living area up to this view of the amazing garden. The main bedroom and bathroom also got to benefit from additional windows on the west and a view of the garden. The Kitchen and Living Area was the main design feature of the house renovation. The client will most likely do a phase 2 in the next 3-5 years to completed the project.
