The existing double storey house was converted into a contemporary family home. The living spaces, including the kitchen, were reprogrammed and relocated on ground floor. The kitchen was moved from the south to the north of the house making it into the heart of the home. The first floor accommodates the master bedroom suite with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We also managed to accommodate a living space for the family on first floor. The ground floor patio space is enclosed with stacking doors and allows for an extension of the indoor living space. We have managed to accommodate our clients’ needs and they are very happy in their new home.
