This family house was in need of an upgrade. The house needed a larger kitchen space that flowed with the living area. We also accommodated a full bathroom for the kids, a new master bathroom with dressing room. These spaces wrap nicely around a secure courtyard which is used to bring natural light and ventilation into these spaces. The newly renovated laundry is accessed off the landscaped courtyard space.
