The project has taken a few interesting turn from the first client briefing. We have managed to scale down the design to meet the client’s requirements and fit within their budget. The project is being completed in two phases. The first phase of work is for the outbuilding structure which accommodates the guest room, staff room and laundry. The main house needed some extra attention as we wanted to retain the significant heritage features such as the flooring and pressed ceilings. The house will be transformed back into its former glory with a newly renovated master bedroom suite.
