Ferndale

 

The first phase of the project was to design and build a new workshop, used car showroom and office space for Mazda on a site shared with Ford. The existing site has been well utilized to accommodate these requirements. During the build the client procured the adjacent site and the second phase of the build was to design and build parking space for both car dealerships. We are in the process of designing the third phase which is an extension to the Ford showroom.
