House Nobbs
The brief for the house was to create a front door and entrance to the house as the existing house was accessed through the back door through an enclosed covered courtyard space. We removed the courtyard roof and extended the kitchen and bathrooms around the courtyard. We created a front door which enters into the entrance lobby which is directly connected to the kitchen and living areas. The building work for this house was completed in 6 months.

House Hayne in Progress
This house was an existing Tudor style house and the bedrooms occupied the roof void which was very inefficient. The house also only had one bathroom. We managed to increase the first floor by 40% by removing the roof and building up the walls. We then used a more conventional roof structure with corrugated iron. This house was successfully completed within 12 months.
